Pages count in both directions, and reset each month. Extra pages are billed once, at the start of the following month. Extra numbers are $4 a month on any plan, added to the bill you already have.

Questions

What counts as a page?
Every page you send and every page you receive. A two-page fax sent to three recipients is six pages.
What happens if I go over my pages?
Nothing stops. Extra pages are billed at your plan's rate — 8 cents on Basic, down to 4 cents on Business.
Can I keep my existing fax number?
Not yet. Number porting is coming; today you choose a new number in the area code you want, and it works within seconds.
Do unused pages roll over?
No. Allowances reset each month.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings. A monthly plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for.
